Naturcolor Permanent Hair Color, Poppy Seed 2N, Ammonia-Free, 4 fl oz

Love this brand! Been using it for years when i started having my first grey hair roots. I mix the N and C lines to avoid getting the golden tones that turn orange in the brunettes over time. I live in Florida and I can tell you altough my color lightens up with time it does not get the "orange" look you would have otherwise. I have lot's of compliment from my hair dresser about that combination. Also it does not feel like harsh chemicals at all - you feel all fresh after coloring. I use it about 3-4 times a year to cover white hair growth ;)

Got the color Poppy (which is a VERY dark brown, still has brown hue when looking at it through light but it's almost black). I was looking for something to cover up a botched job on my hair but didn't want a cheap box dye with terrible ingredients. I found this one on Amazon, the reviews seemed pretty honest (and seemed real), so I gave it a shot. Holy moly, this stuff is seriously amazing and I can't believe it is real. Not only is the dye itself incredibly gentle and doesn't stain ANYTHING (not even my floor or counters!) but it leaves your hair so silky and healthy feeling. Then there is the shampoo and conditioner it comes with.... I had to buy it immediately after I tried it once because they smell absolutely amazing but also made with incredible ingredients and it healed my very damaged, dry hair. I haven't had my hair feel and look this healthy in straight up years. I don't really leave many reviews, but I absolutely had to vouch for this dye and brand. Please give this stuff a shot. You sincerely won't be let down (so long as you follow the instructions and make sure you don't oversaturate but still make sure you've worked it through all of your hair).

This hair dye works fairly well for how ‘natural’ it is. It’s not permanent as claimed, and it does wash out within 2 weeks. I have dark hair, and I purchased the Poppy color to cover some white hair that’s been growing in patches. The coverage is pretty good. It does dye most of the white hair-there’s always a few stubborn pieces that won’t take the dye well. The smell is okay. This is the reason I sought out a natural hair dye. Most boxed dyes have so much fragrance, it causes migraines, so this was a major factor in choosing this dye. The smell is tolerable even if it isn’t great-there’s still a chemical smell to it, but thankfully it’s not overwhelming and no migraines, so I’ll continue to use this dye unless they start adding fragrance that triggers one. Fingers crossed they keep the same formula or I’m back to hunting for another brand. Also, one box for me allows for 2 treatments. I basically saturate my roots and it leaves me enough dye to blend in the rest of the color with my hair. They recommend to leave in the dye for 40min, but it left a lot of stubborn white hair pretty light, so the last treatment I left it in for an hour, and it seemed to do the trick-covered all but a couple stubborn white hair!

I love this product ! I used to buy it in Wholefoods but for some reason they decided to stop selling it so now I buy it online. The color is super natural and sticks around 6 weeks. It fades naturally so you don’t have the problem with horrible gray roots. It leaves my hair like I had professional treatment looking shiny and feeling smooth. It also smells nice, not like horrific standard products that are full of chemicals. One of the main reasons I buy this product is because I suffer migraines and this one is the only Hair dye product that didn’t trigger the migraine after the application. They also sell the conditioner treatment and is excellent!! BTW. I’m not being paid or whatsoever for this review. I really think I owe to give appraisals to excellent products !

This product works great! I actually used this on my brows (not it’s intended use so I do not recommend) so I wanted something natural and/or for sensitive skin since I was using a product on my face and so close to my eyes. There was absolutely no burning or discomfort due to the natural and gentle ingredients. This tinted my brows perfectly in about 10 minutes with no irritation whatsoever. And since you get such a large amount of product for a great price this will last me a while. Definitely recommend to anyone with sensitive skin or looking for a healthier hair dye alternative.

I am ver amused how this happened, and I really liked this product. I bought 2N poppy seed because I wanted dark, I used half of it and saw no changes at all in my grays. Next day I tried again and it was when I realized the box says 2N poppy which I wanted, however the dye was 6N sagebrush brown!!!!!!! In Mother’s Day I look horrible because of it. Unfortunately I’m not buying anything else from them! And start again searching for dye !

This is semi permanent hair color. I use it to touch up my roots about every 2-3 weeks to cover gray hair. It colors my hair very well and because it’s not a permanent hair coloring, I have lots of depth to my hair. The grays are now my brunette highlights. Most permanent hair dyes make all hair strands one solid color. I have naturally thick straight brunette hair. After coloring, my hair is silky and shiny and the smell is pleasant. I use it because it’s a natural hair product. I think it’s excellent for keeping my natural hair color and turning my grays to natural looking highlights.

I found this hair color years ago in our local organic store. I read ingredients, liked the content. I’m biochemist btw, so I know exactly what each ingredient may do to our body 😉. I bought it for my mother to try. She used hair coloring for decades, and developed allergy for ammonia and peroxide… It became a challenge to find a hair color brand that doesn’t use at least one of these chemicals. First she refused to use it… 🙄 but then agreed to try. She was ready to take antihistamines for few days … but it was no allergy! So since that I buy only this brand for her. The organic store was closed, and I could find this brand anywhere. I tried 3 other brands from organic stores, they claimed to be “organic” and with no ammonia and/or peroxide… none of them survived the test! Bad allergies and not stable coloring. And one day I saw this brand here in Amazon. So happy! I hope it will not be discontinued like it usually happens to the best products 🤞🏻
