I Have been using this for 3years.Its worth the money.Sound is clear from both sides.It's earpiece are also good.Till the date it never caused me any issue.

Wonderful one of the best stethoscope

I have a question.. I brought my littmann in December and it’s one side is not working already and i want to claim warranty and there is no option here! Please guide me

The heart sounds are much better heard than any of the other brands.It quality needs no introduction.i have been using the same one since about more than a year and I have had no complaints with it.
