I was a bit disappointed that you have to assemble them yourself. Definitely not ready to wear.

Do these goggles leave marks? My issue with suction goggles is dents for hours if not days!

There is absolutely no reason whatsoever to tighten your strap so tight. They have suction on their own. I am a former professional swimmer and I have actually, as a fun thing, worn them without a strap at all. Loosen them up. They will stay on your face as long as you have set them up at the proper width for your eyes/face.
