Hynix HMT351S6CFR8C-PB 4GB PC3-12800S DDR3 1600MHz non-ECC Unbuffered Memory

I would like to suggest this ram as an upgrade to Laptop Memory. My Original Dell Inspiron 3420 had 2GB Hynix DDR3 1333 CL9 Memory, which was working great but not enough for opening multiple applications. When i asked dell for RAM upgrade they refused to sell and suggest suitable memory for my out of warranty laptop. After comparing many brands and specification, I went for 4 GB Hynix ddr3 1600 CL11 RAM since my earlier experience with Hynix (both 1333 CL9 with 1600 CL11are equivalent In terms of performance). Overall performance improved a lot like faster loading webpages, applications switching and opening.

Please double check operating voltage and Mhz speed of RAM supported by your motherboard before buying. I have used cpuz software to validate my current RAM specifications and have bought this one.

I had a check on my laptop already installed memory type and found the same here. While my laptop is 7 years old, i was expecting a remarkable performance post installing another 4GB ram. I ordered one, received in sealed pack condition, installed it in less than 5 minutes and boom. My booting time of OS improved and so is the browsing and unlocking time. Happy with the purchase and performance.

The product I received is HK-Hynix and not Hynix as mentioned in the description. Didn't have a seal on the packaging when I received it and CPU-Z picks it up as a Hyundai Electronics make manufactured in 41/14 (41st week of 2014!). Disappointed by the product to be honest but keeping it just because it works per the specs.

I received SK Hynix not Hynix. Also it did not work when installed in my laptop. Voltage specification on product received is different from what is shown on image of the product on Amazon.

it has reduced most of the memory usage and i am able to do the multi-tasking work without any problem also my gaming experience has improved.

I have Dell Inspiron 15R which had 4Gb DDR3 ram of Hynix. So I checked and my motherboard had an empty slot for ram. So I purchased the same ram and installed in the empty slot. By this I was able to double my ram from 4Gb to 8Gb. If....you want to double your ram and you have an empty slot then you should definitely buy it. But in case your both slots are installed with ram or you want more ram....then I would suggeet buying pairs of high capacity like 8Gb + 8Gb, etc.

Ordered hynix..Received Samsung with different specifications..Totally unacceptable

Exactamente lo que se solicitó, trabaja perfectamente en el equipo...

Barrette Sodimm Hynix reçue bien emballée/Protégée achetée auprès du vendeur "Paramount Vision" situé aux Etats-Unis. Délai de transport largement respecté, colis reçu très rapidement. En revanche la barrette ne correspond absolument pas à la photo du site dont je joins 2 photos de la barrette reçue. Je désirais la même barrette que celle de mon PC portable, comme celle en photo ( Bleue en 11.11.F3 China 01) en vain donc... Après un échange par mails courtois avec le vendeur, ce dernier me certifie pourtant que les caractéristiques sont identiques mais me propose malgré tout si je le désire de lui retourner le produit.... Testée la barrette fonctionne et elle est bien reconnue par mon OS...Bref ne voulant pas m'embêter de la renvoyer, je la conserve mais je garde un petit goût amère de cette pratique car quitte à avoir une Sodimm différente j'aurais pu à ce moment là trouver bien moins cher.... Ca fait pas très Pro pour un vendeur d'autant plus qu'à priori à voir ses avis, c'est ça première vente il me semble..... Dommage, sinon il aurait eu 5 étoiles.
