What if there is a problem with the product? Because I saw someone saying that the installation instructions are missing.

I panicked at first because the instructions and poster are missing. I came back to the product listing, and both are attached as downloadable files right on this page.

Can i use this to help with headstand push ups? can i push off the stool? if not, is it too wide to push off the ground?

If you mean a headstand push-ups, your probably better off just using a wall for support and the cushion may not allow for enough head space. Not sure what you mean by pushing up the ground, wouldn’t that be a push-up?

Can anyone confirm the validity of the maximum weight capacity?

I can’t confirm the full 300lbs. But I range 220-230 lbs and I have felt fully confident using it. There’s been no indication while doing headstands that it’s unable to bear my weight.
