This stuff actually works. We tried numerous products to get rid of puppy pee smells on expensive area rugs, and while other products have just blended the pee smell, covered it up, or made it worse, this stuff kills the bacteria that grows and makes the piddles smelly. You can tell it’s working as you scrub it in too, and once dry, ALL smells are just completely GONE. No piddle smells, no cleaning product smells, just no smells whatsoever. THIS is what you’re looking for. It’s pricey, but you get what you pay for. SCOE 10X saved my nice area rugs!! I’m reordering not just a 32 Oz concentrate this time but a gallon concentrate just to have on hand. It does exactly what you need it to do, and works like a miracle.

I read the reviews where people said they followed the instructions, and it didn't work. So I wasn't sure, but I was desperate b/c one of our cats went through a phase as a kitten where she was peeing in certain areas - like a couple of beds + a closet. The closet was awful. She'd peed in multiple spots. I used it twice on all the spots in the closet, and now the smell is gone. I used it once on some of the mattress spots and twice on others. It's completely gone. Not sure if gender, breed or diet of the cat is why it worked for me and not for others. For me, this worked when I had tried so many other products: sprays, powders, everything claiming to kill pet odor. The only thing I did do (if this helps) is I didn't just "gently sprinkle" . I assume I need to saturate the spot, just like the pee did, b/c in the instructions, it says you have to get all the pee. So I sprayed it enough to saturate the spot. Maybe 3-5 sprays? Use your judgment. I hope this all helps other users. Well worth the money. I got the closet with its 15+ spots and 3 mattresses (with multiple spots).

Does have a mild odor

We have 2 dogs, 3 cats and a house full of kids. This stuff seriously takes care of it all. Recently one of the cats have a uti and refused to use the litter box. She started using a corner of my dining room, which has hard wood. I cleaned it up but the smell had permeated the wood. I figured we'd just have to replace it but this actually got out the smell!!

Worked pretty well and honestly better then most store bought items... but 3 stars and this is why... worked really well on a fresh pee spot. Still wet, poured 1/4 bottle or so on it. Let it sit about ten minutes then dabbed with clean towel, then a wet towel, then dry clean towel and worked great. So why the three stars? Had two older spots that still stunk. Cleaned with “Resolve” carpet cleaner, powders and just good old hot water. Cleaned again with just hot water per the instructions... Still stinks. Took two treatments of pouring it on which uses so much (bottle was empty after the two spots) for a small spot before it went away. Your really need to saturate the entire area to be effective. So in my mind it will cost me a bottle per incident to be effective. And honestly one spot still stinks a little and can’t bring myself to buy a 2nd bottle for just 3 spots in a small room.

This stuff is amazing. I use it for my cats room. Can’t really tell they have a litter box.

I followed the dilution instructions to the letter. Made sure to fill it to the fill line as instructed. First off the spray bottle didn’t work so I had to find a sprayer. Sprayed the carpet with the entire bottle. 95 year old dad wasted his pee bottle right next to his bed so I sprayed that area and over a foot around it until the stuff was gone. Next day, smells like diluted pee. This was an expensive mistake. But a sister can hope.

I have three cats, and one of them decides that my carpet is the best place to pee in the world and nothing has ever been able to get the smell fully out until I tried this. I can’t even tell where they used to pee anymore because of how well it gets rid of the smell. It’s a little pricey, but 100% worth it for what you’re getting. TRY IT

This product was useless in getting rid of the smell. What a waste of money

Very expensive and did not work with my cats. I’m disappointed that it didn’t completely eliminate the urine odour.
