I live in a 131 year-old house with a 13x11 foot bathroom clad in subway tile. This addition really completes the effect I wanted. It is perfect - high quality painted cast iron that I'm sure will last as long as I want it. It is iron, but it is not too heavy to mount with ordinary hardware on ordinary doors, whether they be solid or hollow.
