Received damaged product.
The media could not be loaded. I received a damaged product. One of supporting rod is broken. Brakes for front wheels don't lock wheels when pushed forward. Locks only backward motion.When package arrived I had to go out of town. I could only spend time to assemble when return period was over and then I saw damaged product.One more issue that brand name is embroidered upside down. Not an functional issue but looks odd.Extremely unhappy. Still possible to return?
