This is a great buy if you want to make tiramisu at home (at a fraction of what it costs outside), use as cookie bases for frosting/topping of just snacking... I used for tiramisu and was very happy with how they worked. 2 packs in every order help you make a good quantity dessert, too.

最近簡単なのでティラミスを作ることが多くお得なのでこちらを購入。２５０gのマスカルポーネを使うと１００gのビスコッティではやや足りない。こちらのビスコッティは一パック２００gだが１００gの袋が2個入り。ただ割としっかりめの生地なので同じ１００gでも本数は少ない感じ。砂糖はたっぷりめにかかっています。 これでティラミスを作るならばマスカルポーネに入れる砂糖はやや控えめで、カカオを多めに入れた方が大人の味に仕上がります。 ３パックあるので突然ティラミスが食べたくなった時に便利。私の常備品となりそうです。
