Lacks clear instructions
Seems to work but I just keep adding until the silver was clean.

Test in a small area first! Didn’t work for me on pure sterling
I bought this along with the aluminum plates for “carefree” sterling silver cleansing. It turned my silver soot matte black (thank goodness I only tested a corner first) and I almost never got it cleaned off! It could not have been worse. Do not recommend!

The items maybe came out a little better but nothing to write home to mother about. The higher quality silver items came out better. I'm going to look for a home remedy for cleaning silver.

None of the silver cleaning trays with the metal inserts work very well...the activator crystals do make the job a bit better.

You need two components to make this work
Works well once you know that you have also purchase the Magic Cleaning Plate, I ordered the cleaning plate initially but only after reading reviews that it was useless on its own did I order the Activator Crystals to complete the process. Might be a good idea to bundle both items and sell as a package, as I had to pay two carriage charges even though the products arrived in the one parcel.
