Title says it all

I hate going back and forth to the office breakroom just to get some coffee refills or water. So, I searched for a big enough thermo tumbler that can hold at least 20 oz of coffee or water and keep it consistent for long periods. This thermo tumbler suites my needs perfectly. The packaging was simple, nothing fancy, just simple branding. I was immediately amazed how nice it looks like (I ordered the gray version). The brushed metal finish is very nice to hold and not slippery. The size looks the same as those large drinks from fastfood restaurants. The rubber sealed cover is tight enough so that it won’t immediately spill if it tips over. The drinking hole does not have a cover, so it will still spill, but not terrible. Last morning, I made myself a 20 oz cappuccino, and it was still nice and warm by the time I finished it at noon. After lunch, I refilled it with cold water (no ice), and it was still cold by the time I finished it late afternoon. This tumbler works perfectly for my needs. Overall, this tumbler maintains your drink’s temperature almost consistent for several hours. Easy to hold, and easy to clean. The elegant look is a big plus. Highly recommended.

Great quality! Looks and feels like a yeti

I purchased the Navy color to etch for graduation gifts and it didn't work so I just started using them without design. Etching issues: I tried the oracle permanent vinyl and a cheap no name brand vinyl. I tried 45 min, 60 min, 90 minutes with Citristrip. I tried heating the vinyl and the foil method. I used Scrub Daddy and eventually the harsh scotch pad. The scotch pad works but it scratches the cup too much. The paint on these just smears instead of peels. So strange! Otherwise, these are great tumblers. Would use permanent vinyl instead. Bonus is the lids fit on my yeti tumbler so I don’t have to find specific lids for all the tumblers in my cabinet. Customer service is great! They stand behind their product and listen to the feedback.
