The best out there
This was an amazing treat. Super delicious😍. I was able to finish it off in just two days. The quantity is just 300 grams. I have tried another brand from amazon (1kg pack) , its still kept as is. Most of the Urban platter products are supreme quality👌🏻

Fine powder. Nice to mix as sugar substitute.
Liked it. Very fine powder. Not even small chucks. Very good evening to drink it in milk instead of sugar if u are ok with taste. Bit expensive. But overall quality it good.

Use it in smoothies, salads, anything that needs a little healthy sweetening.
At first I felt it was not sweet enough, and it's not ,compared to date paste, but I used it in salads where I needed a bit of sweet and it's flavour turned out to be quite nice. I used it in smoothies when I was short on bananas as the sweetener and that too turned out to be a good decision. So I am using it more and more -I like to use dates as sweeteners instead of any form of processed sugar -and now will add date powder where it seems more appropriate than date paste.

Everything a sugar could be
Whatever they claim. It stands to it. If you’re hear for having something sweet without spiking your blood sugar. This is a perfect thing. Also if you still find jaggery sugar a better alternative go for it but it’s really not that different from your regular sugar. It’s just a little bit more nutritious by 20% or so. It will still spike your blood sugar. CAUTION! It will leave undissolved residue which not pleasant but you can always filter out and you will take sometime getting used to different flavour and it is usually going to requires more spoons than your regular sugar.

Good and worth a try
Its either you like it or you don't like it. The sweetness is nowhere comparable to actual sugar but the sweetness you find is this is very soft and delicate.

Just go for it.
The taste of this dried date powder is same as dried dates, and so i don't think there is any kind of mixture, and its totally natural. The flavour is perfect and very tasty available in powder form so can be used in making any dish.

The packaging looks a little questionable but it was sealed under the lid..!
