What are the dimension of this product? Can it be cut in smaller pieces?

It’s 20 inches long. You can cut the piece you need with a pair of scissors and save the rest for another use.

Is this the same as the “wcl” product? i was told to use cutimed sorbact wcl by my surgeon.

WCL stands for wound contact layer. Sadly some of the providers and/or editors don't completely place all of the identifiers or labels when describing the product. Sorbact product is excellent at reducing pain level for frequent bandaging/dressing changeover. The mesh would seem to embed into the wound bed but this product won't stick unless you've exceeded time period for changing.
