Oh My This is GOOD Vinegar. I didn't know what to expect and what I received I could never have imagined. When you taste it for the first time, you know it's vinegar BUT.... The flavor is hard to describe. I will say it's sweet, as vinegars go, with a taste that is reminiscent of chocolate, good chocolate, not cheap chocolate. It is really good and adds a whole new level of flavor to any food. A MUST tray for any foodie. If you like new food tastes, just buy it. You can thank me later. Great for cucumber salads
I was trying to recreate xiโan famous foods cucumber salad and this was the missing piece to the recipe. So if you are pickling or making Asian vinegar based salads and it seems like the flavor is not quite right, this might be the key.

A little pricey
Even though I find it quite a bit pricey, it's not bad and has a good flavor. It pairs pretty well with dumplings, so I'm happy at least about that.
