Doctor's Best Menopause Spectrum with EstroG-100, Gluten Free, 30 Veg Caps

If you have hot flashes, buy this NOW! Don't wait. Do it immediately. Took only a couple days and they lessoned mine dramatically! I've heard it can take up to 3 weeks to start working but my Dr highly recommended it and after taking it and no longer dieing every day all day, I also HIGHLY recommend it. I take it with several other vitamins, working on figuring out the swelling aspect that goes along with everything. But it's been a huge game changer. Been taking them for a few weeks now and thrilled.

This is great for menopausal hot flashes! Especially if you do it without hormone replacement.

Perfect

I don’t normally write reviews, but this stuff warrants it! I have been suffering from hot flashes at least one per hour for years now. Nights have been the worst because it like a swimming pool of sweat and no fan makes it better. I swim more than I sleep! I used turmeric for the first year and it helped SOME...but I still only got about 3 hours of sleep each night and that was broken up. I was miserable! I stopped the turmeric and started this Menopause Spectrum. It took 2 weeks to start working but I am down to 2-3 hot flashes per 24/hr period!!! Now I know everyone is different and it may not work for some, but it isn’t costly. Please give it a try! It has given me my life back! I do have to mention that I seem a bit more sensitive lately...moody. Now they say it doesn’t effect your mood but it does on me. But I can trade a little moodiness for a good nights sleep! And it’s a plus plus to only have to remember to take it ONCE per day. Thank you

I bought this product based on the reviews, due to the fact I was having hot flashes throughout the night (literally 1-2 every hour). Shortly after starting this supplement I noticed elevated mood, increased energy but no difference in hot flashes. Two weeks later I noticed about 25% less hot flashes. And just about at the one month mark I had zero hot flashes for a whole day and then maybe one hot flash every few days that were short and mild. I immediately reordered and put myself on a subscription because this supplement has not only made me feel like myself again but made me feel like I can sleep again without flinging off blankets constantly. Just give it a chance to work. I have recommended it to family and friends going through the change. I wish I had found this product sooner!!!

Whenever I buy something from Amazon and when I write a review about it, people tend to say that this review had helped them to consider or reconsider their option of buying it. I figure that if you are going to take the time to sit and write a review about a product, then what good does it do you to say it was “great” if in fact it wasn’t. You are just wasting your time. I mean, if you know it is not good and you say it is, then not only are you lying and deceiving other people but you are also making yourself look like an idiot to the rest of those who have read or are reading your reviews. If you say that something is good and it is bad and then on something else, say it is bad when it is really something good, then that is deceiving and that is wrong. So, as far as leaving a review for this product, I will tell you what happened to me when I had taken it. I have been taking it for a while now, not long, thank goodness for that. Maybe about a month or something like that. But what happened is that I DID get sleepy. I was sleepy more than usual during the day and I was taking this at night. I could barely keep my eyes open during the day. I had to sleep for about 16 to 20 hours it seemed like. I would get myself up out of bed in the early morning on purpose so I wouldn’t be sleeping all day and all night. It took me a while to realize that I must be sleeping more than usual because of something I was taking. So I went through my entire list of medicines (which is not very long) and I put this name on the list and I went through all the side effects by doing a search of the side effects on Google. Thats when I had realized it was this one that was making me want to sleep all day and all night. So I thought about stopping in taking it, but I figured it would be alright if I kept on taking it just to be sure it was this one. Then I woke up one morning and I went to look in the mirror and saw a whole bunch of bumps on my face which looked like a rash and it was just itchy. So then I thought about this bottle of stuff again and I figured I would do a trial and error type of thing and I stopped taking it just to see if the tiredness and the rash that I had not only on my face but on my back and neck too. So I figured I would stop taking it so that I could find out what was causing all of this to happen. I set it aside and stopped taking it for about a week now. My tiredness finally stopped and the itchy rash I had all over me is finally beginning to clear up. Thank goodness. I don’t think I would definitely recommend taking this. And I would not take any SOY at all whatsoever unless it is in a food product or a drink product because taking SOY by itself as a supplement can cause cancer. It has been studied and it found that many women who had taken SOY as a supplement had developed breast cancer even when there was no history of it in their family at all whatsoever and when they found out from OBGYN doctor what had caused it, it was too late to do anything about it. All they could do is to warn people about it and the people who were selling it had said basically, but not in so many words, “buyer beware” and if you take it and you develop some kind of cancer, then its not their fault you had taken it, you took it because you wanted to, not because someone forced you to take it. Know what I mean? So, before you take any type of supplement, make sure it does not bother your stomach first of all, and then do as much research on that as possible. Go to Google and research it, Look at the ingredients and look them up to find out what they are and what they can do to hurt you. There are a few supplements that I have been taking for like more than a year now and they work just fine for me. But for anyone else who is taking a chance on supplements, make sure you do your research first. Because even if you go to a doctor and tell the doctor that you are taking this supplement, he or she will only tell you what their colleagues say about it or what other people have said about it. But you have to find out for yourself. You, yourself need to sometimes be your own detective as far as researching these ingredients go. Just before you buy or take a chance with anything. Make sure you take out a piece of paper and a pencil or pen and write down all of the ingredients and then go online to find out what the side effects of them could be because you might take some kind of supplement that you think will be beneficial to you and then later on you realize that you are having too many problems with your heart or you are becoming more depressed than usual or you are becoming more irritable than usual or you could just develop cancer like those other people who took SOY supplements without researching it all first and developed breast cancer and never had any history of it in their family. Make sure before you take anything that you do your homework first. It’s like buying a car and not realizing it was actually a lemon and then the dealership basically says, “buyer beware” and you wised you had only known ahead of time. So make sure you are your own detective and do your research first before you put anything into your mouth or your body. Don’t trust what others are saying, Trust in your gut instincts and if just remember what other people might have told you a long time ago, “When it doubt...” know what I mean? Make sure you know what you are putting into YOUR own mouth and not someone else’s and make sure you know what you are putting into YOUR own body and not someone else’s. Don’t trust what others are saying or what they have said, go onto GOOGLE like I am telling you and RESEARCH every single ingredient there is in that bottle and make sure it is not going to either hurt you or TAKE YOUR LIFE. There could be stuff out there that could cause a person to want to commit suicide and that’s why I am saying to make sure it does not take your life. I hope that this has helped anyone. I hope it has helped at least one person. If it has helped at least one person then this review that I took the time in doing was worth it. To whoever has read this or is reading it, I hope it helps you and take care and protect yourself. Bye for now.

Pills had great shipping and packing . Product did not really work for me but could work for others

This is only the second review I have ever written anywhere, but I really want you to know that this product could work for you. I have tried EVERYTHING, including HRT throughout the last few years and this is the only thing that has really worked for me. I was about to give up, but out of desperation (my hot flashes were BAD) I kept taking it and around week 6 it began to take effect. My hot flashes began to subtly lessen in intensity and frequency. I'm almost finished with my second bottle and today I did not have one flash. Still having a couple in the night, but now I'm able to go back to sleep and they are a lot less intense. Hopefully, those will go away, too. I encourage you to stick with it and see what happens. I am so relieved to have found herbs that help my body balance itself out. Something I could not achieve with HRT. I hope it works for you, too.
