Noise cancellation is average. Voice good but with some noise. Don’t keep high expectations Thinking JBL. It is a mass product

The sound quality is very amazing and fitting also great the only thing they should improve is that the volume is slightly lower than I expected. But great product at this range.

I’m extremely disappointed with JBL C200SI earphones. Within a few months, the wire quality became terrible ,it started tearing and dissolving automatically without any rough use. I have never seen such poor build quality from a brand like JBL. The insulation just came apart on its own, exposing the internal wires and making the earphone unusable. Even worse, when I reached out for warranty service, the company showed zero support. I expected at least basic customer care from a reputed brand, but got none. I purchased this product through Amazon, trusting both the brand and the platform ,but this experience has completely broken that trust. This is a clear case of product degradation and negligence. I strongly advise everyone not to waste money on this model, no matter how tempting the price or the brand name sounds. A product that can’t even last a few months and a company that ignores genuine complaints do not deserve customer trust. Very poor product, poor service ,never buying JBL again. And yes , shame on you Amazon for recommending such cheap-quality products and ignoring scam-like warranty issues.

One of the good product.since it is a wired earphone often tangle,light weight,worth it but bass is not good, design is ok .for normal user consumption.

I believe that these are one of the best quality Wired earphones available in this price range. The sound quality is good and the Vocals are especially Clear. The wire length is also pretty long which is very useful when listening to an Audio or Video on your laptop while lying on your bed. However, if you like having extra bass in your sound then this might not be the earphones for you.
