They installation the product

Installed 2 units in my apartment and using in since 3 weeks. So far the Units are working fine. had a good experience with installation also. Installation is free, however the connection pipes are chargable and the price is more, Same can be bought at lesser price in Amazon.

Good geyser

I had a very disappointing experience with the AO Smith Horizontal Geyser. The product I received was defective, and the AO Smith technician confirmed the issue during installation. He advised me to return the product and even raised the return request. The return process has been extremely frustrating. The pickup was scheduled after 10 days, but on the scheduled date, no one contacted me and no pickup was attempted. The very next day, the pickup was rescheduled for another 10 days without any explanation. Receiving a defective product is unfortunate, but the poor after-sales service and delayed return process have made the experience much worse. I expected much better support from both the seller and the logistics team. I would not recommend this product or the service based on my experience.

Good product

Using this product since 6 months and it has been working fine. I am very much satisfied with this product. Delivery was quick followed by swift fitting next day by the company technician. Using 3 units in my 3 bathrooms without any issues so far. It is a very energy efficiency product and heats water in approx 15 minutes and can be easily used by 2-3 persons. Stored water also remains hot in the tank for several hours. Overall a good product and a good service by company which I can recommend to others
