I got this for my 10-year-old niece and it fit perfectly. I do see this more as a spring time jacket. So I will definitely think about that before buying. It does keep her warm on her walks to school, I would say the quality is just fine And it is comfortable.

For reference, I ordered a Size 13 and it is a little small. She is 5'1, 110ish pounds and wears a Size 14 girls clothing from a big box store. This corduroy jacket is super nice, though! In addition to being very well made, there are quite a few things we like about it: •FASHION FORWARD CUT •TRENDY CORDUROY MATERIAL •FUNCTIONAL ZIPPER •GENEROUS SIZED POCKETS •VERY WARM •COMFORTABLE TO PLAY IN This jacket is really nice... But my daughter doesn't love that the sleeves are short on her. She's still wearing it, however! Less than $30 for a well made, warm jacket that is uniform approved? Yes, please! As long as you pay attention to the sizing (if your kiddo is between sizes, make sure to go up), you will love it. MOM APPROVED! This jacket looks nice and feels nice. The material quality is good and I expect it will last. It feels very comfortable. The sizing is also correct, so no need to order up/down a size or anything. Definitely recommend.

This is a cute jacket, but it seems to run pretty small in my opinion. Granted, I ordered it for my 17 year old, but she was within the chest measurements they have listed and is thin. I would recommend a more accurate, detailed size chart because for females, just listing a size of chest and age range rarely works out well. I thought it could be a cute cropped black jacket for her to wear with business casual attire, but the sleeves were entirely too short and the body of it was entirely too small.
