As a gluten-free vegan (with coeliac disease and Hashismoto's disease), I wanted to optimise my protein intake. I exercise regularly and want to build some muscle strength. I haven't noticed significant improvement in muscle strength yet, but probably need to do more weights and resistance exercise....However...I'm delighted with this supplement because ever since starting these a few weeks ago (taking one of these capsules per day), I can say that to my surprise and delight, my sleep quality has improved dramatically. I do use sleep monitoring on a smart watch app, which has always been sufficiently accurate for my needs. My wakenings have reduced significantly. My REM (dream) sleep and deep sleep have both increased dramatically, too (increased by up to an hour per night since taking these capsules). I do feel much more refreshed after sleep now and cognition has improved (I'm always studying and writing). Update after buying them regularly for several months. This Total Amino supplement has improved my daily life considerably and I'll certainly continue to buy from this company. I do notice a reduction in sleep quality if I forget to take it (I still just take one capsule each evening as I'm fairly small. I simply take one capsule after my evening meal). I can honestly recommend these (provided you are not intolerant of any of the ingredients, of course).

The quality is great, I also feel it is good value for money, as you do get a lot of different Aminos packed in one tablet, so you are getting your daily allowance the body needs I swallow mine easily with a drink, but if you struggle to swallow tablets you can easily break the contents out into a drink of choice or homemade smoothie I recommend this product & I buy it regularly

I guess they work, but it's cheaper to drink soy milk, and eat rice and beans.

Was open minded ordering these as I had done some research on Hashimotos… and these are nothing but amazing!! Have noticed a considerable difference with fatigue, joint pain and overall well being. I’m just waiting to see if they’ll help with weight loss 🙏🏻

Good value, good size and quality, easy to swollow with no after taste. For me I have cancer and its really helped boost my energy and fertility, so couldn’t recommend highly enough.

I have had low Thyroid problems for years and although I've been on levothyroxine 125mg I've never felt any different, always tired and low energy. I have been taking these for 2 weeks and can honestly say I just feel more uplifted. These are the only things that seems work. This is an honest review they will make you feel better.

Seems good quality, and no problem taking them. The only real issue I turned up after purchase is how little of the amino acids you actually get in one serving. It's so small it's hardly worth the effort, not really worth the money, you're better off with whey protein etc.
