Get the job done.
Quality is good, Value for money, proper temperature settings available. The wire length is almost 2.5mts, a switch board with a chair in 2.5mt radius would work perfect. The fur inside is a good thing and you will feel comfortable while wearing.I can not say anything about pain relief as of now. However, with the few hours of use I can feel that this will give a relief to back pain.

Good product but the heat control switch is hard to move one setting to another.
Like: 1. Ease of use except the switch. 2. The quickness with which the heat is generated.Dislike: 1. The switch to increase or decrease the heat level is hard to slide from one setting to another. 2. The size of the heating surface is too small for large bodied people, especially those with larger lower backs.Recommendations: 1. Improve the ease ofsliding the switch. 2. The manufacturer should consider making to Small, Medium, and Large sizes. Thank you.

Good product better than the others that I have purchased in the past
I really like the product till now,hope it stays that way and durable for a long time atleast ,good heating and good quality build and design to cover the back comfortably. Only thing is at 3 the heat is very high ,good but at 2 suddenly heat is very low , surge's of heat come in between gaps.hope that can be altered in the upcoming pieces but am happy for now. in this pandemic without anything for my arthritis this is more than enough for me.

Decent product
The control 3 is bit extreme and 2 is too mild. Rest product is decent the price. Go for it.No need to keep refilling hot water and emptying. Product is convenient to use. Hope it remains durable. It does have a one year warranty card as well.

Good. Using it for 3 years
It's a good product, easy to use, with proper 3 levels of heat. Been using it for 3 years. If used as directed then longer shelf life. If using it for the back, best not to lie down and out the entire weight on it. But lie on your stomach or sitting position. Use for a limited time as heat for a longer duration is not good, use as advised by dr.
