My mom was facing dandruff issues and it solved it within a week. It did work for my mom and she now hesitates to use shampoo of other brands because of the quality that this shampoo delivers. She is completely satisfied with this product and now regularly uses this shampoo to avoid itchy scalp and hair fall. Have not tried out shampoo yet. But with Head and Shoulders this Cooling Menthol shampoo should leave hair beautifully and thoroughly clean and hair and scalp refreshingly energized. Very pleased with purchase.
