I'm in this chair M-F, with regular breaks, between 8 and 10 hours a day. It arrived well packaged and assembled easy enough. Easy to adjust and provides great back support.

This is my third autonomous chair. Very reliable, lasts for long sitting sessions, and has great lumbar support.

Absolutely the best chair I've ever sat in! The quality is obvious from the moment I opened the box. It was packaged well and arrived quickly and in good condition. Set up was a breeze and when I sat on it I felt the comfort I have been looking for! I have had several days to try it out and I have to say sitting at my desk for 8+ hours a day has never been easier. The adjustments make the chair even better! I highly recommend this chair to anyone who experiences back/hip pain, especially if you sit for long periods of time!

It is a bit awkward at first. Finding comfortable positions is a little tricky but due to the large amount of knobs and levers you can eventually find positions that are comfortable for you. The chair reclines and also has a comfortable upright position. Overall its not bad. I kinda wish the arm rests were a bit longer and a bit wider.

I purchased this chair with high expectations yet have been thoroughly disappointed (after three months of use). The chair is simply not comfortable at all. The biggest problem is the back of the chair. It's awkwardly shaped and does not conform nicely to my back. The back rest seems designed for only people under a certain height. I'm 6'1" (so tall, but not outrageously so) and my shoulders reach about 7 or 8 inches above the top of the back rest and actually touch the head rest (even when placed at its highest setting). This, of course, renders the head rest useless, but also feels quite odd on my shoulders/back. The lumbar support is poorly designed; it presses too strongly into your back, is difficult to adjust, and for my height, needs to be able to move several inches higher. This is made worse by the mesh backing, which you naturally sink into; so while my back sinks into the mesh, the lumbar "support" is also pushing aggressively into my back. The seat cushion is also very uncomfortable. It is way too hard and I can't sit on it for long periods without using some kind of pad or cushion. Finally, the arm rests are of very poor quality; they jiggle back and forth for no apparent reason, which makes them seem really cheap, and they are also hard with little cushion. That basically covers every feature of the chair—each of which is, to me, unsatisfactory. It does have some nice features, such as the adjustability of the seat itself. Overall, however, I am extremely disappointed and wish I would not have spent $400 on a chair that is this poor in quality and comfort.

I thought the arm rest could be adjusted lower. Only 3 adjust points. Lateral arm rest adjustment do not stay in place. Seat is wider than what I imagine. Wish they would label all the adjustment levers. If I could give 3.5 stars. Price seems on par with similar ergo chairs. There video assembly online. Big plus the chair was delivered a week before Xmas
