I had problem with sim installing in the slots, there are two small and didn't got Earphones with this Device.... Every product in the market provides Ear phones........

Mobile is good. Sound is also very clear and loud. No issue with sound. Call recording feature is also very good. Found little issue with keypad. Overall the mobile is very good.
