Very nice, healed my fishes which were completely hurt in under 10 days! My fish tank glass had literally exploded and all the fish,shrimp were on the ground and hurt especially the fishes which were completely hurt and put in a cold water bucket for over 12 hours waiting for the new aquarium to arrive at my house... I definitely recommend this product. It works great on external wounds and din or tail rot. Visible healing after just 4 days of use. All you have to do is to remove any kind of chemical media and dose daily for 7 days. Works great with all kind of fish. And delivery was also on time and packaging was also proper

Let me tell you this... i saved my 3 year old gold fish suffering from Hemorrhagic Septicemia, a condition that is seldom cured. Fed them Garlic (cut into small pieces) and fish pellets soaked in this Melafix. According to the internet research i did, bacterial septicemia isn't curable. Melafix is great, not just for this condition but for all bacterial infections. follow the entire 7 day course as instructed on the label (you can reduce the water level in the tank to use lesser quantity), increase aeration in tank to as much as possible and in case of dire situations (like i had) - try the garlic and food soaked in Melafix (i did this for 2 days, twice a day). for other minor conditions just follow as instructed on the label. this saved a life.

I could not believe what melafix did until I used it. It's been a month. I bought it because so far once any of my fish had fin rot it only became eventually worst leading to death. Nothing worked. Then I started keeping hard fish and semi hard fish in my 70l tank. 1oscar 1 blood parrot and 2 gourami(gold and 3dot), blood parrot had some rot fins since I bought them which started getting worst. I just had to use 8ml melfix for 4 days in same tank with other fishes which were not infected and it fixed my parrot 100% on top of it my other fishes are also now active. Note- you ll see some foam on top but it doesn't bothers fish. Don't forget to change half tank water after week and the internal filter.

Not at all effective for my parrot fish.. I bought thinking it's an American medicine with broad spectrum bacteria control.. but it wasn't effective at all. It's costly and waste of money

This product really worked as described! I am a newbie fish owner, so I have very little experience taking care of my goldfish. However, I noticed that he had some scales fallen out after having him for less than 1 month. I didn't know how he had a few of his scales fallen out since he was in a 30 gallon tank. I have few ornaments in the tank, and there weren't any sharp objects as well. I did notice that he loved to puck on corners and squeeze behind the sponge a lot, so I assumed it may have been from that. So, I went online and started reading up on how to take care of my goldfish and how to help him grow back his scales or prevent more from falling. At this time, I also wasn't sure if he had other diseases as well since this was my first time taking care of a fish. So, I saw and read several reviews on this product where previous customers and experienced fish owners wrote about it helping their fish, as well as, preventing diseases and other ailments. I thought I gave this item a try. It was one of the best products I've bought for my fish. It really helped him healed his scales. I noticed the area where his scales were missing darkened and turned fleshy again. In about 1 week or so, I noticed the area started growing scales already. I am very happy with this item. However, this product is very strong. I have a small, young goldfish in a 30 gallon freshwater tank, with a 50 gallon Aquaclear water filter system, and following the dosages for this product for a 30 gallon tank, I noticed my goldfish acted very agitated to this product. His eyes also started bulging out more. After observing this, I did 25% water change and used half the given dosage. I think this amount was more tolerable to my baby goldfish. I also noticed that my fish scales and fins became silkier after a week of usage. I'm really happy I tried this product out. I would recommend a lower dosage if you have smaller fish. I also recommend to do at least 2 days 25% water change every time you use the product.
