Terrific Collection of Bengali Songs with an Intuitive Design for Elders
Wonderful product with plenty of songs to keep my elderly mom entertained. Songs from various genres from folk to romantic, religious etc. The portable unit is lightweight and easy to carry. The buttons on the unit and the remote are quite self-explanatory and intuitive for elderly people to understand and use. Fully charged batteries last for about 8 hours when played in moderate volume. The only drawback is that the FM radio does not work. Even after trying several times I could not tune in to any of the FM channels successfully.

Defective Product...Not Working
The music player is not functioning at all, when I switch it on. I received the product on 12/10, and put it on charge as mentioned. However the red charging light kept blinking on an off. The porduct does not seem to get charged.The LCD screen is also blank. When I switch it on, nothing happens. It is a completely defective product. It is very shocking to get a defective model of a high value product like this . I have logged the complaint on 13th October. I had ordered this as a Puja Gift and now I am told that the replacement would only come after 8 days (21 october) after the Pujas. This is also very disappointing, specially given the fact that the new products are being delivered on the next day! Does it mean the retailer is interested in netting new customers, but not as interested in servicing the existing customer, to whom they have delivered the defective product?
