Exceptional
I am very impressed with the capabilities of this welder. It's hard to find the abundance of features it offers at this price. Quality is top notch

Amazing welder
Just got it today, hooked everything up, using .030 FCAW, I never used a MIG machine in my life, just messing around with it, im able to lay some awesome beads, very impressed with it, im gonna try SMAW 7018 rod tomorrow and see how it does, I have another little stick welder and it won't run 7018, so im excited to see how this one handles it

good for price
Tried the Yeswelder, it was not fun. after returning tried this Sunstac which is very similar but much better in quality, price, and user experience. Side Door is a bit small but not a deal breaker because it DOES fit a 10 lb spool which i was worried about. Metal Drive Roller unit is great for this price point. Screen is easy to see, read, and navigate, even in the sun. Torch/whip/gun handle quality is great. lugs are robust and solid copper. Fan is intermittent which is nice so the machine is only humming when it needs too. When you turn it on it take a few seconds to light up but don't worry this appears to be normal for the Sunstac products (I have them all, mig , acdc tig, plasma. separate machines). I did drop this machine and it was okay. So Build Quality is Reliable for work conditions, still try not to drop it i may have gotten lucky. have not tried stick, so cannot vouch for 6010 but the leads are basic but good.. I have a Lincoln Engine Drive for this.. hoping i get some info or a response regarding the plasma cut tips and consumables which i mentioned in another review. wish to do business with you . thank you

This welder has no right to be this good!
This thing is incredible for the price. I don't know how this company hits the prices they do, but it's comparable to any budget machine. The included Pic is a 1/4 cold joint for a material cart I was building. The synergic settings kind of suck, but for 130 dollars on sale, I can deal with dialing in my settings. Once you do get it set, this thing lays down some smooth beads. The torch and leads are incredibly short and do feel flimsy, but again, it's 130 dollars. The consumables crossover to the equivalent local weld supply options. I have a prime weld 285 that I've dedicated to 045 dual shield and didn't want the hassle of swapping 30 lb spools everytime I wanted to run hard wire, so I picked this up for everything under 3/8 and it has not dissapointed. We'll see how it holds up over the long run, but I've already made my money back on it. If it dies tomorrow, it was a win.
