FLYMEI Bookbags for boys, Anime Backpack for School

My son likes the pockets, the flap & that his stuff stays dry in the rain. However, he does not like the fact that he has had it for a a few weeks & one of the zipper handles has broken right off. As you can see in the pics this is not fixable without a complete zipper replacement. I did contact the company, however have not received a reply more than a week later. So, buyer be ware! Maybe it's good, maybe it's not & you will have no recourse due to a lack of any response whatsoever.

The bag came on time however it’s such a disappointment for my son. Cheap material it has some little damage. Honestly waste of money. I didn’t expect it to be the best but not like that.

It works well for a 5th grader.
