Made a recliner very much better for me.
Outstanding product that I felt was overpriced but has enabled me to get out of my older La-Z-Boy recliner with just one hand. I have been thinking for years for raising the height of the chair and these solved the problem.

Great product
These just work. I had them on a chair for years and sadly broke one. I ordered the wooden version…yeah, don’t do that as they were impossible to install.

Love the extra height of the chair
I installed two sets of risers on my lazy boy rocker recliners today. I am a 75 yo handywoman. I needed these as I have had three surgeries on the same hip. First of all they seem kind of plasticy which means they will crack or break. But so far that didn’t happen. The instructions show cutting these Velcro strips first of all like it is so important. Not. Removing floor protectors. Yes. Flipping chair on left side and screwing on the parts A and B in the order shown on the diagram. Yes. Making sure risers are snug. It should say screw in bottom screws first. Then side screws making sure riser is flush. Rocking mechanism is moving making it hard for one person to flush it unless you have three hands. Putting in bottom screws first makes it flush. Tighten screws and then tighten again as plastic pulls away from wood as screw penetrates. It does not mention pilot holes. Which again should be done with bottom first then sides if you are going to make them. Then we go to putting the Velcro on the top edge of base and putting the rocker limiter on with its little piece of Velcro. There is a note about moving the rocker limiter closer or away from the spring mechanism which adjusts to the users comfort. Once that is established then screw in the screw. Now you have to stand the chair up for the user to determine their comfort. I stood the chair up, sat in it and thought right where it is works so tipped the chair on its side. Both rocker limiters were on the floor. Their Velcro strips also on floor sticking to my LVP flooring. So I put the rocker limiter where the base and rocker meet. See pic. So far I am happy with the risers but did see stress marks where the screws go into the plastic so who knows how long the risers will stay attached to the rocker. I think the price a bit high but nowadays everything is high priced.

Help me get out of recliner
Just what I needed to raise recliner a few inches, makes it so much easier to get out of recliner. Risers have rubber feet to prevent recliner from sliding on hardwood floor.

Perfect to raise the recliner
I’m a month out from knee replacement and doing all I can to get ready. I have a La-z-boy and these increased the height by 2”. You need to have a recliner with the long skinny WOODEN base legs. Very easy to install and these are made of heavy duty plastic. I recommend having two drills with you if possible since it makes installation much easier. One to predrill the holes (I used 3/32”) and one to drive in the screws with. Put a towel under your work so that when you drop one of these small screws, you can find it. Pop off the plastic glides on the bottom of the runners and save these. Predrill all the outside screws on the feet first and make sure you get those screwed all the way in. Then do the bottom screws. You can flip the recliner on its “stomach” to do those. My driver/drills fit into the cavities with no issue. They come with very grippy black rubber feet but I couldn’t scoot the chair at all! So I put felt glide dots on the feet. Turn it back up, sit in it and test it out. If you think you need the rocker stops, instructions are vague but it’s pretty easy to figure out. I used the double stick Velcro provided to place them all the way to the back to prevent any rocking. That way if I decide I want just a bit of rocking, I can move the Velcro around before I screw the rubber stops into place. Later on, if I don’t want these on, they are easily removed.

Do not waste your time and money
Looks robust in photos but its a cheap piece of plastic junk. I can't believe they claimed a 800 lb capacity. The screws split my wood rocker rail when turning the chair back on its feet so i had to remove them and eat the $35 paid for them and the damage done to my $2500 leather Lazy Boy.

Great purchase
What a difference! this helps for a taller person who loves their lounge chair. Easy to install and not and eyesore for the look of the chair. It fit perfectly no adjustments needed, one size fits all. Great purchase

Recliner Risers work very well
The Recliner Risers were for an 92 year old lady and they have made such a positive difference to her life. The stoppers with them are great too, because it means the rocking chair arms don't go down when pressed on, making the chair much more stable. She can push up out of her chair much more easily now. So thank you, ordering and delivery were easy and swift also. Recommended.

Does it work well?
We purchased these for my mom‘s chair and it worked perfectly. She’s 91 he needed help, they’re very reliable. You can move the chair around with the ease, and she was very pleased that it made her get out of her chair a little bit easier.
