Does it work with Other Strips also or does it need only contour plus strips??

This Contour Plus Glucometer and most other reputed Glucometers use exclusive and proprietary strips which only they manufacture and sell. No, you can't use any other strip!

Can the lancets be reused, where can I buy compatible lancets?

I don’t reuse but some others sterile and reuse once. I get them from local pharmacy shop on 10% discount.
