Butterfly Signature 750-Watt Mixer Grinder with 4 Jars (Indian Ink)

Got the delivery yesterday. Used it today. It is just awesome. My mom is in love with this item. The looks and design are eye catching. It occupies less space. The jars are superb. And the most friendly feature is the jar lock easy to lock n unlock. The rubber grip is excellent. The noise is low. Used the small jar and it worked excellent. Need to see the other jars n juice jar. No concerns at all as of now. Just go for it.

Product is just fine. Below are my thoughts... Pro's: Not much Noise which I liked much and powerful too..!! Classy looking Jars with good Lids which saves time and water for washing. One lid for all 3 big jars is very practical and useful thought .. Con's: Jar handle doesn't seems to be strong enough to lock or unlock from the motor when loaded. I gently tried to unlock but it did not help. Rather trying hard and breaking the handle we are using the bottom of the jar to lock/unlock. Remember these handles are 'Fixed' and cannot be replaced if broken. The speed control knob doesn't feel great. Fitting seems to be loose including the pulse button. They claimed the jars are non scratch-able however the chutney jar had lot of scratches inside even with first use. Overall it is just 'Fine' using this Mixie.. with some of the factors to be considered as mentioned above. Update: After 2 months of usage, Flames under the motor and black smoke while operating the mixey. Within 10 seconds the mixer stops working and have to wait for the motor to cool down. The odor of the smoke is very strong and that last in home for one day. It also spits some steel powder from the motor through the air vents above which spreads the whole table. If there is any food on the table around, that should be threw away. I called the customer care and they said there is no door service available in bangalore. pathetic. Pure waste of money guys. Selling the product with 3rd class quality with fancy stuff arrangements.

Honest review after ten days of usage. Got this for Rs 4999 and got it delivered within two days. Neatly packed with polythene cover over the box. Look and feel - Great colour and looks, Sleek design, Minimal cleaning care is required as the colour is Sea blue. Performance - Till now used only Chutney and Big grinding jar, Both performed well. Neatly ground the batter for Urad dhal Adai (Which is a tough job). Dry pulses grinding also tried with good result. Sound - A little bit noisy due to the high motor rating of 750W as expected. Jars - Look wise beautiful and transparent. Sizes are proper for each specific job. A limit switch is provided for extra safety that the motor will not switch ON without inserting the jar. The lid covers are made of Silicone so flexibility is more and breaking chances are less. Stacking the jars are easy as they get inserted into each other. Motor Bottom - As usual the reset switch is provided at bottom, The holes are small so the chances of cockroach entering inside is less. Still some negative aspects has to be put here. Till now we are used to steel jars. A little bit sceptical about the jars provided as there is a chance of getting scratches on long run. The jar handles cannot be replaced as they are moulded. A Spatula is provided without the provision of opening the blade nut. When asked the customer care they are not sure that the blade can be removed. Butterfly products are good but they doesn't have service centres in many places so we have to wait till their technician arrives.But immediately after placing the order I got a call from Butterfly which is a new experience for me.

This Mixer Grinder is aesthetically stunning and simply TOO GOOD LOOKING....first time transparent jars in India.I was looking forward to owning such a product since a long time.I had just purchased a different brand Mixer few days prior but when I saw this on Amazon on the Prime days, I returned the other one (had to spend 1000/- for returning that product) and bought this. Amazing Amazon delivery as usual.BUT the small chutney jar had scratches after the very first use.Had it replaced.But the same thing is happening with the second jar too.Also the bigger jar has also started developing scratches even after very careful usage.In the attached photo you can see the 2 inch hazy layer due to scratches. CAN THE COMPANY LOOK INTO THIS AND ARRANGE FOR A REPLACEMENT OF THE ENTIRE MIXER because I think this problem will aggravate over time.

Never buy this product. Worst product from Butterfly. It makes lots of noise and jumps frequently. You will get pain in your hands. Overpriced product. Just for the butterfly brand, i took this when it was launched. There is a leak from all containers. Butterfly should recall this product. Will add the video soon Update : I have raised a complaint two months before .. complaint id B17110301103. Buy that time a service engineer called me and told that he will provide a door step service. but till now no one visited. The service worst. This mixie has a very starnage behaviour .. it vibrates and jumps like any thing.. There is no service support after sales .. never ever buy .. I had wasted my money on this product .. preethi is way better than this brand .. Update : Today mixer started jumping again and blade broken find the video and photo . Complaint #B17122100588

It is an amazing product. Very powerful and compared to the power, its very much silent. All jars are very useful and particularly I would like to mention the juicer attachment. That works like a charm in churning fresh juices.

Design OK. The jars are not good. The chutney jar broken within 3 months. Other jars shows issues related to coupler. The jars are manufactured using poor quality materials. Separate jars are not available in the market. So please don't buy butterfly mixer
