Doesn't work and it HURTS your neck. I threw it away after using it on flight from Fukuoka to Los Angeles. Expensive and useless.

This little gizmo really does the trick and was less than half the price on Amazon USA! Worth every yen!

But I keep having to readjust the position. For some reason, it didn't fit snuggly into my neck and sometimes when I moved my head slightly, the inside kinda dig into my skin. But I like it better than the standard neck pillow Maybe I did not use it correctly...

Finally a neck brace that I think is going to do what it is supposed to do and still be comfortable. i wore it for a while as a predictor for a long airplane ride. I did wash it before I wore it. They even give picture directions! Though it was not perfectly smooth getting it back together, I did get it back together without it taking too long,

We got them for a trip to the US and it was absolutely amazing. Really comfortable and holds nicely... My partner found it sometimes annoying as it is really only good if you are a side sleeper. Also, if you are not a fan of a scarf, it is not for you. The other amazing thing about it is that it is such a good size, nicely fits even in the pocket in front of you on the plane.

I travel a lot for work and this is the best travel pillow I've had. I like that it is low profile on the backside of my neck and that the side head support is higher than standard neck pillows. It is also easier to travel with than others. The only downside for me was figuring out how to situate the pillow around my beats over ear headphones. I read other reviews questioning the quality and change in support style in recent pillows and reached out to Trtl. I recieved the below message which I found really helpful so I hope others do as well. ***In 2017 we changed over the support inside the Trtl Pillow from Version 1 in the image below to Version 2. This was switched over as our product design team believed that they could create an internal support which was even more universal and offered even greater comfort. Thus the Version 2 model was designed with the 'flippers' to hold your head and neck comfortably. Our product testing found that most customers preferred the more supportive model of the pillow, so the new support was brought into production in Summer 2017. We are still in the process of updating the packaging after the change, so some of the current packaging still displays the older model of the support (Version 1) rather than the new and updated one (Version 2), which we appreciate can be a little confusing. However all products sold on our Amazon listing and website (trtltravel.com) will now contain the Version 2 support. When purchasing on Amazon please ensure that the item is "sold by Trtl and fulfilled by Amazon".***

Brilliant product nothing worse than a stiff neck when you wake up on a plane bus car etc. This really does support your neck and is easy to pack into a rucksack.

Finally...a neck support that's comfortable & not bulky for travel.
