Oh my goddd....I cant not write the review after using this for like 4 or 5... months. So briefly, i have severe cramps on first(very less flow) and secnd day with the same level of pain (heavy flow) and only mildly on third day too :"( ,y'know (but i become so irriated by third ughhhh i can't xpress). So i never prefer painkillers at all, and neither do I have enough power to do hot water bag which gives only lil bit relief.so this was somethng i ws looking fwrd for and i chcked reviews n all and thot to gor 4 this. But surprisingly, it helped me a lotttt meaning seriously alott...like the stats i gave in review, it gives u that warmth on that part which u seriously feel like u want one after hot bath and along with that the PAIN goes drastically down.although iwouldnt say there is no pain felt at all(for first and second day) but yeah they help me sane during these days.Phew...otherwise i would be so irritated and on edge or u might find me in bathroom,if I'm at home. Also, the adhesive for me was alright, if u pull it the right way no hair gets pulled or a lil,maybe? Also there is one issue, u might smell the medicine used minimally on ur body if smelled closely.(my small sis's told me that lol). But I'm gonna use it either way, noone's gonna stope me frm that. I hope this helps u to decide in someway. Anyways writing this was healing for me(thanks :) )

It is okay to use during 3rd or 4th day of your periods. When you are suffering from light cramps or mild cramps. But if you suffers from extreme cramps this doesn't works. It's my opinion on using it on my second day. And yes I had to take medicine for my cramps even after applying this

The product is good. The negative review is for the packaging. There was no separate cover for this product when it was delivered. They sent the product as it is with no cover and everyone could see what was the product. This is serious breach of privacy... Horrible..

Works quickly. Likes that it lasts long. You don’t feel it on. The only complaint it the smell. It’s quite strong and people asking what that smell is takes away from the discreetness
