I'm pleased I purchased these for emergency situations. They break up chest congestion quickly. The egg-shaped pill is easy to swallow. No notable side effects. Results appear within an hour. These really relieve your congestion without raising blood pressure.
Just what I need get rid of congestion quickly and I usually just use a half a dose and it works great. I haven't ever experienced any side effects within any Coricidin product and I have used several of their medications.

Works great, but expires in 4 months
It works great especially for people with high blood pressure. The only bad thing is that it expires in Oct 2026, 4 months from when I received on 6/22/26. In this instance, it didn’t matter because I needed it right away.

When you have serious cold symptoms that don't require prescription medication, Coricidin has worked great for me. In fact, in my case, it was truly "doctor-recommended"!! I always start the flu and cold season with a package in my medicine cabinet.
