Very nice and comfortable for patients as well others. This is very useful product for back support who needs.

ordered this product from Amazon. Overall, it's good, but there's one issue — the back stand could have been slightly longer and stronger, which would have improved its stability when leaning back. Still, it's decent and works fine.

I had ordered this for my mother in law she has been on bed for a long time . I ordered this with lil confusion Bt when the order arrived and we used it . She is so happy as she can sit comfortably now for longer hours . Best product for best price Quality is very good and sturdy Functionality is great Helps in pain relief

The product build is fine but could not support the patient from sliding to the sides. But the bigger problem is refund. Within 3 days of delivery I applied for refund. It said return process was initiated around 10 April, thereafter no change in status at all. On May 5 I contacted Amazon customer care who asked me to cancel the previous request and make new request for return. As soon as I cancelled my old stalled return request, the platform did not allow me to make new request, saying the date is over. This is something I don't expect from Amazon, being it's regular customer. Now the product is just lying waste with me. Does Amazon not care about customers after sales??

The product is good. Pros: 1. The metal used is of decent quality 2. Adjusting the slope is easy 3. Not really heavy Cons: 1. The cushion and the leather cover used in the back support looks and feels like of substandard quality 2. I feel the back support (cushion and leather) may not remain intact in the long run 3. The notches used for adjusting the slope do not provide even transition, I mean, the difference between the two notches is too much. 3. Cannot lean on this with wall behind the support as the legs of this back rest may end up spoiling the wall. I expected them provide bushes attached to the legs.
