After using it for a few days, I noticed that I could fall asleep faster and my sleep felt calmer and more restful. The combination of melatonin with ingredients like tagar and vitamin B6 helps support relaxation and regulate the sleep cycle. It is usually taken about 30–60 minutes before bedtime for better results. I’m giving 4 stars because the supplement works well, but sometimes the effect can vary and it may take a few days to notice consistent results. It’s effective. Easy to swallow. 1 tab is enough for good sleep. Till now I don’t feel drowsy or sleepy the next day. Feeling refresh after 8 hours of sleep. Price is affordable
