Mixed feelings
Good: - very well packaged and sealed bottle - low sweetness, a good thing in my books - good tartness - good quantity - good for food Bad - a slight artificial aftertaste that doesn't taste good in juices etc - it's aroma is not pomegranate forward. - tastes as if it contains sweet tamarind. Hard to explain but it is not like grenadine or a pure pomegranate concentrate that you find in good pide/salad at lebanese and mediterranean places. It's an interesting sauce, not bad, but with something synthetic about it. It is still a good sauce to have and use. It's a 3.5 but I bump it to 4 for all the other things they got right. Note: I have had pomegranate molasses only in dishes and not by its own. We use a lot of the fruit directly in our home. I have a good ability to dissect. I do not get the strong fruit smell I associate with good grenadine but I will have to compare few other brands to pinpoint what is off for me. YMMV.

Authentic taste. If it's just for salads would probably last anywhere between 3 to 5 months.. Seller packed the bottle very very well..
