Misleading Product Information Led to Dangerous Overheating AND No Return Policy!
I am extremely disappointed and frankly quite alarmed by my experience with this inverter. The product description clearly stated that it supports "up to 2" batteries at a time, which strongly implies that it can be used safely with one battery as well. Based on this information, I purchased the inverter and a single battery. โUpon connecting the battery and the inverter, the battery began to heat up severely. This was incredibly concerning and felt like a major safety hazard. โI had to call a technician to assess the issue. They informed me that this model is a dedicated 2-battery inverter and is designed to only run when two batteries are connected. Running it with just a single battery causes a significant overload and serious problems, which explained the dangerous overheating I experienced. โTo make matters worse, when I attempted to return the product due to the completely inaccurate description and safety concerns, I discovered that this product has no return policy! This is utterly unacceptable for an item sold with such critical and misleading information, especially when it poses a potential safety risk.

Genuine Microtek product with seller signed bill & warranty. + Very easy Installation + Noiseless smooth working + Microtek intelligent simplified design + Real 220V pure sine wave Output + 100% Value for money product Actually I was somewhat doubted to ordered this ups because, one of my friend told me that don't order product's like ups from online stores, many duplicate/same like invertor items selling via online store. But trusted AMAZON and give a try. The day when ups reached, I opened the box with excitement... checked detail.... WOW! Single battery not supported
This inverter support two battery single battery not supported if u have 2 new battery u buy another u have 1 battery donโt buy no return option very disappointed โน๏ธโน๏ธโน๏ธ

Value for Money
17 kg heavy weight inverter in very reasonable price. I run Water pump and Double door Fridge through this inverter. I have solar setup. I using this inverter with a MPPT solar charge controller (Asha Power Surya 60). I have1.5 Killowatts Solar panel. I am happy with this product.

Bought it cheap at 5950rs from the seller Naveen Auto Electrical. was skeptical at first for getting it cheap from new seller, but got the sealed and new unit. Just installed and working fine.

Not working. Defective piece. Return not accepted. I had to sell it in local shop. Don't buy it. Price is also high compared to local market.
