can i use this for bonding silicone o-ring?

Yes it can be. I have used it to do the same, just that dont use that o-ring in a high temperature area thereafter, e.g. no pressure cookers or such.

Can it be used for filling minor cracks in my car tyres.... Cracks have just started due to elasticity issue. Please suggest.....
