I have been using this product for hmmm... almost 10 years people! This shade is not too tan, not too yellow or muddy.. it's matte and not too heavy yet not too lightweight. There is spf 15 in it and I can use it for work and for going out. I spotcheck it on my blemishes and voila my acne scars are gone.. I feel like I have no makeup on when I use this. I will be buying this for as long as bella pierre makes it. This is a brand that no one really talks about like ever! And I am surprised.. I've used other powder foundation - even the bare minerals doesn't have the right 'shade' for my neutral tan sometimes golden skin. This just camoflauges into my skin and makes it look so smooth, clear and almost perfect (it is not a full-coverage)... I love the blur effect it gives after it's set. When I set it with banana powder after i put my undereye concealer it looks flawless. So I'd say take the chance and try it.. If you don't like it then Amazon has a great return policy.

I love Bellapierre makeup! I have been exclusively using their foundation, bronzers, blush for over 8 years. Their face makeup is cleaner than all mainstream products (cleaner than bare minerals even), and won’t cause break outs. I’ve had severe cystic acne since I was 12 so a face product that doesn’t create or cause more breakouts is #1 for me. It goes on light and can easily be layered. It creates a nice and smooth texture while also looking very clean and natural and blends perfect. I use two different sister shades of foundation but even with one it goes a long way! One thing that can make a big difference for you is that the pressed powder of the same shade is slightly different than the loose version (sometimes darker for pressed but depends on the shade) so that’s the only thing to be mindful of.

I first started using this product close to six years ago, after finding a trial kit of it at TJ Maxx which included a really good quality Kabuki brush, which has held up perfectly through constant use and cleanings without noticing the loss of any bristles. Anyway, that small jar lasted over a year, then I searched diligently to find more without success... UNTIL AMAZON! And the price isn't too bad, considering how long it lasts. However, in December of 2017 when I first found it on Amazon it was $17 for this same size jar, and has shot up to $45, which is a ridiculous rate of inflation on any product, and the reason I gave it 4 stars 🌟. So I was super excited when the product popped up on my screen while shopping Amazon which included a $25 coupon. Hell yeah!!! I've said all that to explain the reason why I will pay even the regular price for this product: Though it's considerably more expensive than the original bareMinerals Foundation which is about $35 at most retailers, it's worth it because it's a much better product for dry skin than bareMinerals is. And I would imagine that would be true for all skin types. bareMinerals goes on my skin thicker or cakier even using the same amount and same brush than bellapierre Mineral Foundation which gives a far more natural appearance. After allowing my Origins Perfect World moisturizer to sink in, I apply this and it locks in the moisture, without even having the appearance of wearing makeup. Yet, it covers the imperfections in my skin, i.e. age spots and occasional blemishes. And the best part is it stays on and doesn't rub off onto your phone the way liquid foundation does, even when face powder is applied over it. Believe me, I've tried them all, but this is the best product by far... for my skin anyway.

This was my 2nd time trying Bellapierre cosmetics. My first pick turned out to be too light for my complexion so I went 2 shades darker. My 2nd choice looked very brown for me, but it was perfect. I applied just a small amount of the powder to start with, but it was enough to cover my entire face. It blends very smooth covering dark spots and redness easily without applying extra to even my complexion. Feels like nothing on my face, as I can usually feel even light powders on my face. I kept the lighter shade I first picked, as it was light and a bit yellowish. That will work great to brighten up around my eyes. I'm very happy with this product!

I do not recommend this product at all, but especially not for anyone over 40 or with acne. It is shimmery and highlights all flaws and lines. It actually aged me like 15 years. I had to exchange the first shade, because it was yellow. I chose the pink undertone one and it is still yellow. It, also, does not offer full or buildable coverage. It cakes and looks like scales. If you're determined to try it, order several shades lighter than your actual skin. Honestly, I think this is the worst mineral makeup I've ever tried. I wish Alima never shut down.

I never heard about bella pierre before until i saw it on sale at Ross. I purchased 9 stack shimmer kit for $14 (such a good deal). I tried the product and i love it ... I went back to Ross and buy more. I end up with 2 of 9 stack shimmer kit and 2 eye kits. The pigment is so rich... it's way better than the cheap one because i bought cheap mineral eye shadow before... They didn't feel the same. After i got lots of eyes shadow, i thought i should try foundation... even though i love bella pierre but it's not my first option because it 's almost the same price as bare mineral. I went to try bare mineral because i heard such a positive reveal and they seem to be one of the best mineral make up. So i went to bare mineral and try foundation... i tried it on for 5 minute and i start to get itchy and my skin turn red... So since bare mineral didn't work out for me, i decided to try bella pierre. I try it and i didn't have any skin reaction. It didn't give me breakout like other product i use in the past. I'm glad i finally found the right product for my skin.

I was first introduced to Bella Pierre as I was walking through a mall and it was being sold at a kiosk and a sales girl who worked there stopped me. I bought this foundation originally from there. When it ran out I bought it on amazon because it's difficult to find stores that sell this brand, and the kiosk where I first bought it no longer existed. In the past I have tried mineral based cosmetics such as the Bare Minerals brand, and had varying degrees of success with their products. Although I prefer Bare Minerals blush and their finishing powder called mineral veil, in my opinion Bella Pierre foundation is FAR superior to the foundation made by Bare Minerals. First of all it works EXTREMELY well as a spot concealer, it doesn't rub off on clothes as easily as Bare Minerals and it lasts all day with minimal maintenance. This is by far the best mineral foundation I have ever tried. It is also much cheaper here on amazon than you can find it for retail sale, assuming you even can find it in stores. Try it! You won't regret it! I also advise you invest and buy their concealer brush, kabuki brush and face primer. Those products used in conjunction with this foundation REALLY make a difference and your skin will look flawless!

Best product that I ever put on my face! Great for sensitive, dry and acne prone skin. Cover very well and make the skin look natural!

A brilliant foundation. I have been wearing this foundation for well over ten years now. Although it was slightly reformulated a few years ago (it is lighter converges now, but equally buildable to full, if required), and although I preferred the older version, I have still not found anything that looks more natural or is longer lasting. It also does not irritate my skin, which most foundations do. It works equally well for my now dry skin as it did for my once oily skin. I use it both wet and dry. I use one of the deeper shades as a bronzer and a lighter one as a foundation and concealer. As a foundation, one product will last me around 9 months (with medium coverage, or 6 months if I want more full coverage). However, as I don’t need to use any primers or powders, it works out to be a decent price at the end.

The product is amazing!

Love this product. You can have as little or as much coverage as u like by applying a little more as suited. Great colour, very natural. You cannot feel it on your skin, very easy to wear. I have used this for many years and always go back to it.
