The tablets are very large, but that is to be expected considering the quantity of creatine. The tablets are coated though and they smooth. They go down easily and with no after taste. I read reviews of other brands whose tablets were chalky and rough, and were difficult to swallow, so these are doing the job well. If you’re looking for Creatine, I recommend these tablets

I take 5 of these a day and it's so much easier than having to taste that disgusting micronized creatine powder. the pills are big but still fine.

It is good for the gym and it tastes so much better than creatine powder and sleep is feeling better with it is nice and easy to take and there is no pain when u take it

The tablets are easy to take no weird taste or mixing powder required which makes them super convenient for the gym or on-the-go. I’ve noticed a bit more muscle fullness too, which is a nice bonus. If you’re serious about your training and want an easy way to add creatine to your routine, I’d definitely recommend these. Solid product and great results!

Da ich Tabletten wegen der genaueren Dosierung praktischer als das Pulver finde habe ich mich für die MyProtein Tabletten entschieden. Erstmal vorweg: Mit Kreatin kann man nicht viel falsch machen es ist günstig und sehr gut verträglich mit keinen Nebenwirkungen bei richtiger Anwendung und Dosierung. Einnehmen tue ich 5 Tabletten pro Tag (5g Kreatin) trotz der Empfehlung von 3 Tabletten, da ich bei meinem Pulver immer die Empfehlung von 5g erhalten habe und schon immer mein Kreatin so eingenommen habe. Tabletten sind ziemlich groß und Leute die sich dabei schwer tuen sollten lieber das Pulver kaufen.

別の大きいビタミン剤で喉を傷めたことがあるのでボリボリ噛み砕いて白湯と一緒に服用してしています。 ちょっと粉っぽいですがビタミン剤と違って無味無臭なので嫌な感じなく服用できます（個人差有り） 嫌なら甘みのあるプロテイン等と一緒に摂取しても良いかもしれません 顎も鍛えていこう！ボリボリ！
