Tunturi Cardio Fit Upright Exercise Bike with Heart Rate Monitor

The exercise bike is well put together, doesn't look nor feel cheap. While it operates smoothly and consistently which makes it easy to use, the assembly instructions leave something to be desired. They had images only (good) but they weren't fully clear. This could be improved. Recommended.

A good piece of equipment to workout with though the seat isn't comfortable enough for me and did cause me discomfort for about two days or so. Instructions were included and easy to understand, was a piece of cake putting this exercise bike together. The LCD display does feel cheap though and takes two double A batteries that are also included and I like how simple it is to use, just sit, grab the handle bars and start pedaling and the LCD will come on and display how many calories I'm burning, how long I've been pedaling, my heart rate and the speed I'm going etc. There's a knob where you can change the tension from level 1 to level 8 which is a plus if you want a tougher workout, works well and it does what it's supposed to. The seat can also be adjusted to a few different heights and the pedals move easily when being used. This is a pretty compact exercise bike if you're tight on space and is also lightweight, making it easy to carry around if it needs to be moved elsewhere. This is overall a decent starter exercise bike that can get you going even though I have experienced better equipment.

Another tough item to assign a star rating to... compared to a professional high-end gym machine, this might only get a 2. Compared to a typical economy exercise bike, it's worthy of 4, or maybe even 5 stars - but I would expect an economy bike to cost a little less. So, ignoring the price and just evaluating it as a home gym level of bike, it is sturdy, smooth, quiet. The panel, and heartrate monitor works well. No real complaints at all other than, personally, I would like a more padded seat. It's also odd that in scan mode, it cycles through the various monitoring options in a different order than they are shown on the screen., but that's hardly anything to quibble about. So... a quality, low-frills bike that definitely does the job without taking up much room, but you'll have to decide for yourself if this is the right price for you.

When your bike arrives it will be in many pieces needing assembly. My bike arrived in a damaged box so the leg end covers are cracked and unusable but that does not affect the rest of the bike (I have yet to contact seller for replacement). The instruction booklet is diagram only, no explanations, the parts used for a specific step are shown in black/grey. The legs are easy to put on but the next step was a bugger! The diagram shown for connecting the tension cable was fine but what was omitted was the fact you have to loosen the tension screw before you can get this thing connected. Took me a while to figure that out. The next step was fine, not sure it mattered what wire was connected where, my screen works fine so I did it right lol. When testing out the bike I noticed the timer is off by about 10 seconds. Timed myself for 15 seconds by watch and the when the display showed 15 seconds it was actually 25. I did not see any other issues with the display. The seat is comfortable, the pedals large enough but the front assembly seems a bit unstable. I have rechecked all screws and they are tight but the assembly wobbles a bit. I would think this may wear on the screws over time. Overall this is a decent exercise bike that does not take up a lot of room.

It’s nice but it’s quite small. For its price I wasn’t really satisfied.

Good for beginners or those in need of a budget option. The resistance needs to be stronger. Also the max weight of 240 is not advertised so keep that in mind. The seat is a fine level of comfort.

J'ai acheté ce vélo d'appartement en raison du confinement , il convient parfaitement pour un entrainement quotidien , j'en fait une 1/2 heure le matin et 1/2 heure l'après midi en plus de la sortie autorisée d'une heure . Facile à monter et ne prend pas beaucoup de place , le seul regret est que le guidon n'a pas de réglage ,la résistance au roulage est largement suffisante .
