15 inches off the ground, not 12
5 stars because I didn’t read it fully first. My husband loves command strips so unfortunately this is on the wall permanently. We measured 12inches off the ground versus 15 so we will never be able to measure him right up against it. It is very durable and doesn’t appear to be weak when you fold it in half. However, trying to put it on the wall, with command strips, when it folds, while making sure it’s level, and 15 inches off the ground is challenging. Once it’s up, it’s easy to use, easy to write on, and doesn’t appear what it’s intended for!

Adhesive rips off drywall
The ruler itself is super cute and good quality for the price! The adhesive strips ripped off our drywall but that’s more so the fault of 3M. I’d suggest the seller find a new mounting method

Clean look and easy install
Arrived very well packaged and protected. Very easy to install with the included adhesive strips. Looks great on the wall. Would have been great to have the option to add extra age stickers, as it only comes with one set, but I have 2 kids, so instead I am using a sharpie.
