Spenco Plantar Fascia Insole Fits Men Size 7-12

Years ago I used to use some Spenco 3/4 length inserts in my shoes but then all local stores stopped selling them. I had to start buying expensive custom inserts, which did not even work very well. While browsing at a Big 5 about a month ago I found a Spenco Plantar Fascia Insole on sale and decided to try it out. I had already thrown out all of the high priced inserts except 2 and was using only 1 of those. It was a nuisance transferring it between sets of shoes. I put the Spencos in the sets of shoes I use for my 3 mile walks, and they were sooo comfy and my feet felt good after the walks. Then I checked Amazon and found the same thing (Spenco Plantar Fascia Insole) at a reasonable price (not quite as good as the sale price, but they only had 1 at Big 5). Now I have them in two pairs of my shoes and even wear one pair inside the house (exclusively) because they are so much better than any slippers you can buy.

Not cushiony, very rigid and painful to wear.

I have been buying this brand for years.

I want to love these, and I might if they were the right size. The packaging does not say men's or women's, just uses the gender sign and color (which I didn't know). I was sure I had ordered women's. As I was getting ready to cut them I thought they seemed awful large. I double checked the packaging and my shoe size was in the size range, I didn't notice where it indicated gender since it was not clearly stated in words. So I went ahead and trimmed them. It was a struggle to get them to fit my shoes correctly. Once I got them cut and in my shoes I went back to my order and realized I had the wrong size. Since I had already cut them I can't return them. So make sure you pay attention to the gender symbol on the packaging.
