KTC 27 Inch QHD Computer Monitor, 100Hz Gaming Monitor, PC Office Monitor

I bought the KTC M27T6 monitor for console use, I will list the things everything a console user would love to know. - This is a VA panel and not IPS, this is my first VA monitor and I love it, the picture quality is amazing. - Sadly no VRR support for PS5 even though other youtubers claim that it works...it doesn't and that was a lie made by them. One of youtubers even replied to me that it works and they didn't assist me in resolving that issue. - Don't feel bad if ALLM doesn't activate with you on PS5 because there's a low latency mode on this monitor. - 2k 120hz works as well, it's lovely. Note that for your monitor to change to 120Hz, you first need to go to a game that supports it and activate that setting in the game your playing so that your monitor can actually change to 120Hz mode...because in the PS5 menu it will always display 60hz so that doesn't mean it wont go to 120hz, keep that in mind! - Your console will recognize the monitor as 4k, make sure to change that to its default monitor resolution which is 1440p. - VRR will work on PC with a display port only(use the display port provided in the monitor box by KTC for your PC) but not PS5 because the console doesn't have a display port. If VRR is important for you then look for something else! If you don't care about having VRR on your PS5, then I recommend this monitor for you, especially for PC (It's perfect for PC). Since this monitor is 2k, if you're looking for a 4k version then the model is called KTC M27P6.

Good as a second monitor

This review is after two weeks of daily use: For the price it is excellent (bought with -15% discount). Yes, there is some bleeding light from the backlighting (only seen when the display is black or very dark) and the monitor stand is very basic (no height adjustment), but all in all well worth the price.

This has to be one of the worst Mini LED Monitors that I tried. Firstly, my unit came with a dead pixel in the middle. I understand that could happen to any monitor but worth mentioning. The reason I didn't buy another one is when I test it out, the colors were very dull and lacked any punch or vibrancy no matter what color profile I set it to. Navigating the OSD using the small joy stick on the back of the panel is very difficult and KTC does not provide drivers (INF file) with built in ICC Color profile like other manufacturers and they only offer firmware upgrades on their Chinese website. Even if you try to navigate manually to their Chinese website to download the latest firmware, it automatically redirects you to the global website unless you add Chinese as a supported language in your browser then use Google Translate to translate the page. This is so non-user intuitive and definitely not something your average Joe would know or want to do. Their customer support doesn't even respond to emails!
