The bar itself is very nice, good mounting equipment, clear instructions, good grip pads. It's slightly thicker than what I'm used to and that's fine. However, the screws included are very week. Two of them broke just going into normal wood. The pilot holes and screws are the exact same size, so it can easily rub and snap. Despite this, I can use it just fine.

設置方向は、グリップが回転する方向でバーが伸びる方向に設置する必要があります。 伸びる力は強く、石膏ボードの裏側に下地の木がないと、ボードが破壊されます。途中で気づき、当て木にしっかりネジ止めしてからに変更しました。 合間にチョコっとトレニングしやすく、胸筋がいい感じになります

組み立ては不要ですが、設置には建物の構造や自身の体重に合わせた慎重な配慮が必要です。単なる転倒防止の突っ張り棒のような感覚で設置すると、怪我をする恐れがあるため注意してください。 私の場合、扉の枠に設置して固定したところ、枠から軋む音がし始めたため、危険と判断して中断しました。 現在は本来の用途を変更し、腕立て伏せや腹筋運動用として、低い位置に設置して使用しています。

Muy buen precio, muy buena calidad. Estoy completamente satisfecho con la compra. Se siente muy sólida la barra y aguanta mucho peso. Incluye tornillos para madera, pero en México es más común ladrillo y cemento. Tuve que comprar taquetes y tornillos adicionales pero bien instalado queda muy firme. Hay que girlarla fuertemente para asegurarla bien a la pared, pero es todo. Muy buen producto.
