Top quality knife set. Incredibly sharp. A finger merely brushed the blade when I picked it up, and it cut me. They're lighter than I'm used to, perhaps could do with some more weight in the handle, but then again, that's just what I was used to with my previous knife set. In time, I'll get used to these
