Nope, I'm just an idiot. No missing pieces. My toddler is 2 and has a huge head. The small fits great, the pads he'll grow into!

Pads that remove the fear of ouch
I can’t say it’s if comfy (kids will never give you accurate descriptions) and I have no idea how it feels when you fall with them on.. but I can say, after witnessing my daughter skateboard and fall (HARD!!), she remembers it as funny memory. If you can laugh about falling in a manner that would otherwise potentially maim you, I think that speaks to the quality and integrity of these pads.

For the price it’s very well made , kids will grow out of it within a few years anyway, good for 3 year old to 5 year old.

I bought this helmet set for my six year old and so far I’m very satisfied with the product. I like that you can adjust the helmet to her comfort.
