What solution should be used?

I use Hornadys sonic/multi purpose solution about an ounce too 300 223 cases the rest water rinse multiple times dry in oven or a drier

Is this product suitable for tumbling copper and silver jewelry?

Might be overkill but its doable. Keep in mind that you will have to use a different cleaning solution and probably change the steel pellets to something else. I don't know if they'd damage the jewelry or not

How long do the stainless steel pins last before needing to be replaced?

I don't know how long they will last in months, but, I've tumbled 3000 rounds of 223 and they still look like new. I tumble 500 rounds at a time and put 1 tablespoon of Dawn in the tumbler and a 1/4 teaspoon of Finish Jet-Dry. I use the Hornady case dryer to make sure the cases are completely dry after tumbling.
