Compagnie de Provence Savon de Marseille Liquid Soap, Black Tea, 10 Fl Oz

I have been purchasing Compagnie de Provence Savon de Marseille Liquid Soap for my bathroom for years now, since I received it as a housewarming gift from a friend—and since then I've been sold. I've tried other hand soaps and I keep coming back to this because of the luxe bottle, soft scent, solid coated glass bottle (we're saving the environment here), and most importantly, the way that it dispenses! You get enough soap to thoroughly wash your hands, but it lasts long enough to save you some money. I've had a larger bottle last me a month with houseguests and with this smaller size it fits my narrow vanity for a really clean and minimal look and lasts pretty long too!

Absolutely love these soaps! I love this brand so much, to include the original cube soap that’s been keeping France/Europe clean and fresh for years. Has some of the best, natural highest quality ingredients and the ONLY soap that does not dry out my hands. Lather is smaller and fine which means it’s not loaded in suds, fillers, crappy fragrances like every wash I’ve tried in the US (to include so called all natural and high end ones). This is also why fragrance is subtle in these soaps, (I kind of laugh at other reviews that complain about this as they do not understand the point).

My Brother gave me this as a Christmas gift several years ago and now I can’t live without it. The fragrance is nice and crisp. I don’t speak or read French, so I had get a translation for the fragrance. It’s “Grapefruit”. I would have never associated grapefruit to how this lovely soap smells. It’s a bit pricey, yet I deserve a bit of simply luxury in my life!

Lid leaking everywhere. The package smells great. A little was trapped in the bag but most is everywhere.

I love the Karite Shea fragrance. My friend has this White Tea and I really liked that as well and ordered it. While it does smell lovely, I can only smell it if I put my hands right under my nose. Perhaps this was a super old bottle, but I didn’t realize there was little fragrance until I opened it well past the return window. I hesitate to purchase it again, but would really like this fragrance, too.

This soap smells really good and has a thick lather making it kind of hard to rinse off. Also the price is high for such a small bottle. Thankfully it’s in a restroom that we don’t use often so it’ll last longer that way but probably not good for a sink that gets frequent use.

I love liquide soap, especially at the bathroom sink, nobody likes touching a slimy bar of soap with germs clinging to previously touched surfaces. Handy on the sink, why not have a container of pretty and/or invigorating scented liquid soap with a pump handy for had washing? Also less expensive than the other luxury soap I was considering. Highly recommend!
