I have pretty bad rosecea with acne. The only thing that came close to helping was an Aveeno face wash, which I still use. But I couldn't get anything to help the acne part. This works very well for me. Not overdrying or harsh but cleared acne quickly. I used prescription rosecea medication but didn't help as much as I need. At 72 breakouts with mild wrinkles isn't a good look and difficult to cover. I would recommend this product

Neutragena Acne wash works better for me than most of the other Acne washes on the market. However, this Acne wash is not as good as the alternatives with microabrasives.

I’ve been using this for years (since middle school) - absolutely one of the best cleansers for sensitive, acne prone skin. I recommend applying it and leaving it on for a few minutes before washing off so that the salicylic acid will be effective.

I started with the Neutrogena grapefruit acne line about15 years ago. Made my special trip to W#####T, $6.85. Then $7.85, the grapefruit line prices starting going up ridiculously. Then $8.85 ( Just a little rant, I really liked it ). I tuned to this product, same results. Fights acne, quick results. unscented.

I'm 31 and still get breakouts during certain times of the month *cough* After using this the first time, it killed every pimple on my face overnight :D it was truly amazing. Now I use it twice a day and it keeps my acne mostly non existent. I hope it continues working for me, nothing else seems to.
